Our approach
Clicks are easy to buy. Customers take more work
Google and Meta will happily spend whatever budget you give them. Their dashboards show clicks, impressions and reach, and none of those tell you whether the phone rang or an order came in.
Our paid advertising management starts with measurement. Before a campaign goes live, we connect GA4 and the platform pixels to the actions that matter to you, like a form sent, a call made or a checkout completed.
With that in place, every decision about keywords, audiences, bids and ad copy is made against real conversions rather than guesswork.
Nobody can honestly promise a return on ad spend before a campaign has run. What we promise is tracking you can check yourself, plain reporting and steady work on whatever the numbers show.

When is it time for paid ads management?
Paid ads work best once you know what a new customer is worth to you and have a page ready to receive them.
These are the situations business owners describe most often when they first contact us about ads.
- You are spending on ads but cannot say how many leads they bring
- Each new lead seems to cost more than the last
- Campaigns were set up once and have not been touched since
- You are unsure whether Google or Meta suits your business
- All your ad traffic lands on the homepage

What we deliver
What our Google Ads and Meta Ads management covers
Every task is listed in your proposal and handled by our own team, from tracking to ad copy to the page the click lands on.
- Google Ads Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns
- Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- GA4 and platform pixel conversion tracking, set up first
- Keyword, audience and negative keyword research
- Ad copy and creative written for each audience
- Landing pages matched to each campaign
-
Measurement before spend
Forms, calls and purchases recorded as conversions in GA4 and in each ad platform, tested before launch so the first report already means something.
Tracking -
Built around your margins
Campaign structure, keywords and audiences chosen around the products or services that pay best for you, not around whatever brings the cheapest click.
Campaigns -
One team from ad to page
The people writing your ads can also build the page they point to, so the headline, offer and form all match what the visitor clicked on.

From ad to customer
How a paid click turns into a lead or a sale
The four steps every campaign has to get right before the budget pays its way.
A good ad that sends people to a confusing page wastes money. So does a strong page that nobody tracks.
We look after each step together, so a weak link shows up in the numbers and gets fixed.
-
They see the ad
A search ad answers the exact query, or a Facebook or Instagram ad reaches the right audience.
-
They click
The ad makes one clear promise, so the people who click are the ones who want what you offer.
-
They land
A landing page repeats that promise, answers the obvious questions and asks for one action.
-
They convert
The form, call or purchase is recorded in GA4 and the ad platform, so you know which ad earned it.
The ad earns the click. The page and the tracking decide whether it paid.

FAQs
Questions about paid advertising management
Running ads already and not sure what they are doing? Tell us about your account.
How much does paid advertising management cost?
Our management fee depends on the platforms, the number of campaigns and how much tracking and landing page work is needed first. After a short call and a look at your accounts, you get a written proposal with the scope and a price in USD. Your ad budget is separate from that fee.
Is the ad budget paid to you or to Google and Meta?
Your ad budget is paid directly to Google and Meta, not to us. You decide how much to spend and can see every charge in your own ad accounts. Our fee covers the management work only.
Should I advertise on Google Ads or Meta Ads?
It depends on how people look for what you sell. Google Ads Search suits buyers who are already searching for a service or product, while Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram are better at reaching people who fit your customer profile before they start looking. Many businesses use both, and we recommend a starting point after the first call.
Can you take over our existing Google Ads account?
Yes. We start by reviewing the account as it is, including campaign structure, keywords, search terms, ad copy and conversion tracking. Anything worth keeping stays, and the changes we suggest are written into your proposal before we touch the account.
Why do you set up conversion tracking before running ads?
Without it, the platforms can only optimize for clicks, and you have no way to tell a campaign that brings customers from one that just spends. We connect GA4 and the Google and Meta pixels to your forms, calls or checkout, and test them before launch. That way the data is useful from the first day.
Do you build the landing pages for our ads?
We can. The same team that runs your campaigns also does landing page design, so each campaign can send people to a page that matches the ad they clicked. If you already have pages that work, we will use them and suggest changes only where the tracking shows a problem.
How will I know if my ads are working?
You get plain-English reports tied to leads and sales, not just clicks and impressions, on the schedule agreed in your proposal. Because tracking runs through your own GA4 and ad accounts, you can check the figures yourself at any time. We also explain what we changed and what we plan to try next.
